The first knit of a success story

13th August 1991, was the day we officially informed the fabric industry of Sri Lanka that we are going to come to the field, and take on the centre stage in the fabric manufacturing industry and initiate a revolution. With a management that is geared with an iron will for success and perfection, A.P.S Knitters (Private) Limited has made a strong impact ever since, establishing as a market leader and the top producer for fabrics, ranging from many categories all over Sri Lanka.

Our industrial strength dispersed over our subsidiary companies such as; A. P. S. Marketing Services (Private) Ltd, C. P. S. Trading Co. (Private) Ltd, P. K. C. Knitters (Private) Ltd and Texknit (Private) Ltd gives us more legroom to carry out our core-business-objectives, effectively and efficiently.

• Last but not least, our stores. The main store in Mattakkuliya is well built and has a storage capacity of over 4000 Sq.ft. while the Maharagama storage does an even better job by having a storage capacity over 6000 Sq.ft.

The path to success was definitely not smooth sailing, it was tough with more down hills than up hills, and thus it is simply magnificent the journey we have come through the tests of times, and comfortably stand smiling in the position we are now in.

Initial goal of becoming the pioneers in the industry of fabric manufacturing in Sri Lanka is a reality.
